We are currently seeking a Financial Controller* to strengthen our Controlling department. You will work in T\xc3\xbcbingen (Germany) in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from Germany and Houston (TX). Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team\'s success.

Your mission

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:

• Perform budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and prior year historical information
• Produce monthly internal reporting
• Develop sustainable internal reporting tools and maintain existing reports and database
• Understand budgeting, planning and operational data to develop standard and ad-hoc reports
• Develop/improve financial policies and procedures
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects

You hold a bachelor\'s degree in Controlling, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline, an MBA or master\'s degree is a plus. You have gained first experience as a Business or Financial Controller and have proven your excellent quantitative and analytical skills for creating insightful and actionable (ad-hoc) reporting and analysis. You are able to go beyond the numbers, determine the root cause of variances and consider the broad business implications. You have advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP and are familiar with MS Word/PowerPoint. Your competence and experience and your excellent communication skills enable you to successfully contribute to foster effective working relationships. You work excellent in a team. We expect a high degree of independent working, analytical reasoning and excellent communication skills in English. You embrace rapidly changing requirements with an open mind, think outside the box and show a high degree of flexibility in an environment which is marked by a constant striving for excellence.
