We are looking for a
Financial Controller / Analyst (m/f/d)
for our Hamburg location, full-time or part-time and permanent.
Implement process improvements and ensure CS DE Group Financial Reporting is in line with local and Group Reporting requirements. (e.g. accurate accrual accounting, AR Aging analysis and address adequate follow-up actions).
Actively involvement new software implementations (e.g. Local ERP).
Pro-actively support the year-end closing process including point of contact for External Auditors and Tax advisors.
Creating and maintaining recurring analysis such as:
Monthly business review analysis (explaining the variances between actuals and budget to local and HQ ELT).
Weekly production reports
Actively involvement in mind-month forecasting and annual budget.
Ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests.
willingness to travel to e.g. Frankfurt occasionally
Completed studies in the field of economics with a focus on controlling/auditing.
Professional experience would be desirable (2-3 years) - preferably in the area of Financial Accounting, Auditing, Controlling
Strongly developed analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
Very good knowledge of financial accounting, knowledge of IFRS and experience in consolidated reporting is an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
Solution-oriented, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team as well as independently
Professional handling of MS Office programmes, LucaNet and Diamant
Flexibility with regard to working hours and the possibility of mobile working
