FHCS Global Director Organizational Development
In our dynamic and multinational structure you drive global organizational development strategies and concepts from design to implementation to support our Business and Human Resources needs and objectives
You lead the Talent Management and Succession Planning process worldwide and provide innovative process development
You utilize adult learning principles and proven methodologies to design training and learning solutions for our FHCS Training Academy and oversee the Management of the Academy programs, including budget responsibility and the measurement of program effectiveness
You act as a key user for the Talent Management module of our HR Information System \xe2\x80\x9cWorkday\xe2\x80\x9d
You act as a Trainer and Facilitator for selected HR related training initiatives
Master\'s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5 or more years strategic HR experience with a strong focus in organizational development in multinational matrix environments
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to positively engage with people at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and influencing skills paired with the ability to be collaborative and drive progress
Fluency in English required, other languages a plus
Strong knowledge of relevant software tools, Workday and Cornerstone LMS desirable
