KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Treasury (m/f/d) to play a pivotal role in our finance department in Berlin. As an Expert Treasury, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company\'s treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management, and implementing strategic financial solutions to support our business objectives. This position is full-time and permanent.

Make an impact:

• Completing the group cash disposition, and group liquidity planning on a regular basis, as well as forecasting
• Executing trades for FX and interest hedging including supporting commodity hedging activities
• Support the accounting department in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for Treasury relevant items
• Coordinate with the Global Transaction Center in the processing of payments and transfers
• Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards for the team through various projects and initiatives
• Support interaction and relationships with our major banks

Your profile:

• Academic degree in Economics/Business/Accounting
• Proven solid experience in Treasury and/or banking as well as wider Finance experience
• Experience in relevant IT systems is of advantage (SAP TRM)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), any additional European language would be a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with can-do attitude as a team player with hands-on mentality and stakeholder management experience
• Analytical and networking skills, customer- and solution-oriented working style
