\n GDIT has an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect / Solutions Expert supporting U.S. Army Europe in Wiesbaden Germany. The Enterprise Architect / Solutions Expert will deliver simple solutions to complex problems by tailoring cutting-edge solutions to the unique requirements of our customers and to enhance our customer\'s mission leading to positive effect on the support provided to our customers and teams that need technical guidance and assistance, and communicate well across the spectrum of customers we support.

They will make an impact by:

• Conducting IT procurement both through government procurement channels, private sector channels, and international supply chain requirements.
• Financial analysis and pricing of IT systems and procurement, cost analysis of large DoD contracts and projects, trusted to handle confidential corporate financial data, and the ability to take both financial data and contractual performance metrics and develop and maintain a customer facing dashboard using tools that are available through the customer software suite.
• Taking charge of a failing project and successfully bring it across the finish line. The ability to brief at all levels of customers and co-workers.
• Mentoring peers and less-experienced project managers, engineers, and architects.
• Communicating requirements to buyers, vendors, and integrators.
• Maintaining a level-headed approach in the face of adversity and chaos.
• Data management and analysis, the ability to plan and develop data analysis tools through comprehensive dashboard technologies, integrate and optimize data from disparate data sources and formats, and the ability to communicate the spectrum of data and information to multiple levels of customers and teammates both in technical and layman terms.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Must be able to obtain German TESA
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification (CISSP/CASP etc.)
• Must possess a PMP
• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. A Master Degree in one of the above fields is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as a senior Enterprise Architect with a successful track record of assessing, planning, designing, procuring, and implementing complex systems and solutions utilizing sound project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to design and develop dashboards using available tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Must be able to Design, development, and implementation of DoD networks and systems while adhering to USG DoD, US Army, and NATO policies and procedures.
• Understanding of NIST, DNI, DoD Directives and Instructions, and the ability to apply local CIO policies and procedures.
• Experience with network hardware and software, servers, desktop and mobile systems, mobile devices, cabling and rack design and installation, data center design, HVAC and other environmental requirements, and data storage, and data protection.
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
