ABENA is embarking on an ambitious digital journey. You will become a crucial part of the eCommerce team and will help lay the foundation for ABENA\'s digital future.
In close collaboration with the Group eCommerce Manager, you work on business development, project scoping and coordination concerning ABENA\'s eCommerce sites. In your role, you clarify and outline business needs and validate and qualify them.

Who are we and what will be your main tasks?
You will become part of a skilled and helpful team of colleagues in and around the eCommerce team, as well as 25 colleagues in ABENA Group Digital & Marketing.
Key stakeholders in this position include ABENA\'s commercial sales management in ABENA headquarters as well as abroad in our subsidiary markets. As an eCommerce Coordinator, you will report to our Group eCommerce Manager.

• Support in the preparation and execution of strategic plans to expand ABENA\'s eCommerce presence e.g. online sales strategies, expansion of eCommerce product range or market insights e.g. in relation to competitors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Assistance in scoping eCommerce tasks - with particular focus on B2B eCommerce shops and websites.
• Focus on anchoring and alignment with key stakeholders across the organisation
• Responsible for operational meetings, where we coordinate between eCommerce sales, marketing, performance and platform development.
• Occasional support in updating the master site in CMS

It is an advantage if you have worked with project management within eCommerce and business development.

• Have a basic understanding of digital connections
• Understand the importance of targeted communication to different types of stakeholders.
• Are a strong communicator and have a flair for PowerPoint presentations
• Danish language skills at corporate level although you don\'t have to be a native speaker
• Communicate confidently in English both orally and in writing.
• Stakeholder management skills
• Have a good overview and an eye for details
• Good project management skills and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a busy work day.
• In-depth understanding of CMS and practical experience with website editing

You are ambitious on your own and the company\'s behalf, which you manage to communicate effectively with your feet firmly planted on the ground at eye level with the various stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are a must, and you manage to juggle many balls at once while maintaining an overview.
