Cellebrite is currently seeking a Pre-Sales Director based in Munich or surrounds, to engage with customers on their entire life cycle (from pre-sales, implementation and customer success) for the Dach Region. This position would support all technical efforts associated with solutions that assist Law Enforcement Agencies to achieve their Digital Transformation.

What is your mission?

\xc2\xb7 Lead, guide, and coach a team of pre-sales experts across the EMEA territory, and ensure the alignment with regional goals and with the strategies of the sales leadership

\xc2\xb7 Partner and work closely with sales, marketing, and regional leadership

\xc2\xb7 Key role in connecting the technology products with the Sales team in the region

\xc2\xb7 Identifies current and future customer technical requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Provides product or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.

\xc2\xb7 Prepares solution design by understanding customer requirements and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personal

\xc2\xb7 Develops customer\'s staff by providing technical information and training.

\xc2\xb7 Manage Customer Workshops / Webinars / equipment demos.

\xc2\xb7 Participating and speaking in trade shows.

\xc2\xb7 Engaging with internal stake holders (R&D, Services, Operations, and Product Management).

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring acceptable product implementation and use.

\xc2\xb7 Supporting end-user trials when required (including at least 50%c traveling abroad).

The superpowers we are looking for:

\xc2\xb7 7-10 years of experience as Pre-Sale or Solution Engineer and at least 3+years as Team Manager from a global company

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering/Computer Sciences

\xc2\xb7 Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work full time with international offices and multiple cultures

\xc2\xb7 A Sales oriented person with strong technical hands-on background

\xc2\xb7 Fluency in written and conversational business English.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Hardware products and Solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) and basic networking.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of network communications and internet protocols.

\xc2\xb7 Project Management Experience is a must

\xc2\xb7 Pro-activity and Independency are a must.

\xc2\xb7 Technical background on telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security and networking is a plus.

\xc2\xb7 Strong collaboration and communication skills, leadership, organization, and the ability to work well in teams.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving approach.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of scoping customer requirements and relating them to solutions and outcomes.
