Your Tasks:
Global leadership and further development of the global execution group
Disciplinary leadership of the four German teams, consisting of Project Management, Installation, System Integration Management, and PMO, as well as technical leadership of our teams in the U.S.
Responsibility for the successful management of customer projects in terms of time, quality, and budget
Setting up the new installation organization (SME - Subject Matter Experts and Site Managers)
Ensuring the necessary personnel requirements depending on our global order intake (capacity planning and personnel planning)
Responsibility of global cost controlling of the projects via services and the used material
Organization of weekly project reviews and stand-up meetings
Weekly control and communication of financial project evaluations as well as optimization of project controlling
Contact person for cross-project escalations in engineering and execution of escalation calls of high-priority issues
Technical release of projects in the sales phase
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as global processes at all international locations
Continuous optimization of existing processes and concepts for quality improvement and implementation of quality assurance through "zero tolerance" for potential quality defects
Regular visits to our international construction sites to support the project teams
Setting an example & ensuring a sustainable error and learning culture
Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Qualification:
Completed technical studies
Demonstrable experience in the management of international projects
Several years of leadership experience in managing interdisciplinary teams across locations
Leadership experience in an international matrix organization is desirable
Experience in the implementation and management of complex interdisciplinary projects (ideally in intralogistics)
Experience in classical & agile project management desirable
Strong decision-making skills & ability to make decisions under uncertainty
Result-oriented & systematic way of working
High communication competence
Willingness to regularly visit international construction sites (approx. 25%, i.e. min. 12 weeks / year)
