YOUR MISSION
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the Sales Field department, aligning it with the overall company goals and objectives
Evaluate the current sales processes and identify areas where digital solutions can enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Lead the implementation and adoption of digital solutions across the Sales Field organization, ensuring seamless integration and user acceptance
Work closely with the teams to understand their specific needs and challenges, providing guidance and support in leveraging digital tools to improve sales performance
Monitor and analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
YOUR MISSION
Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role, leading digital transformation initiatives within the sales function
In-depth understanding of field sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, account management, and sales forecasting
Strong knowledge of digital tools, CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and other relevant technologies used in field sales
Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and successfully implement digital solutions, preferably in a sales environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making processes
