The Global Digital Business Platforms department is globally responsible for all customer and consumer-facing digital interfaces, including ordering platforms. Ordering is the core global function of our business within ZVC, where success would increase the revenue of the business, whilst failure could have a direct impact on a customer\'s ability to place orders and therefore negatively affect revenue. The role holder will help manage the transition between current ordering processes and systems serving millions of orders a month globally in close alignment and collaboration with internal suppliers. The job holder\'s key responsibilities are:
To help define and execute the future of the ordering roadmap
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver online ordering systems in line with comprehensive business requirements
To manage existing ordering platforms for maximum business value and excellent customer & consumer experience
To enable country markets to make the best use of available ordering systems for maximum business benefit
Design solutions, perform acceptance testing, create user documentation, and support the rollout of new product features
Ensure product documentation is updated and maintained
Product analysis of existing features within order management systems
Work closely with Development and QA teams to design feature enhancements Key Competencies
