Employed by Crews\xe2\x80\x99 People International Ltd (CPIL) working on board Marella Cruises as a Destination Services Advisor your understanding of our customer will help create these unforgettable experiences with your personality, professionalism and personalised service. Your knowledge will help enhance our customer satisfaction and loyalty on board one of our Marella cruise ships. You will put all customers at the heart of our business and constantly be a \xe2\x80\x98maker of happy\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\x99 by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us famous for service and ensures customers for life.

ABOUT THE JOB

• \n
• Responsible for supporting the daily delivery and efficient running of the Destination Services operation and promotion of future cruises onboard their allocated vessel.\n
• Supporting the Destination Services Manager and Assistant Destination Services Manager to promote, administer and deliver the excursion programme and future holiday sales onboard.\n
• Maintaining a high level of customer service whilst displaying the ideals of Marella Cruises to enhance the passenger\xe2\x80\x99s overall enjoyment of the programme whilst maximising revenue potential and sales.\n
• Ensure the provision of independent advice (ensuring soft sell towards excursions) and support for the general operation onboard where directed.\n

• A customer driven and positive individual who supports the promotion, delivery and efficient running of the Destination Services operation onboard.\n
• Confident and fun personality with a strong commitment to achieve targets and overcome challenges. Ensuring effective promotion and organization of both Destination Service and future cruises.\n
• Accountability to achieve customer service satisfaction scores through supreme knowledge of the shore excursion program, destinations and fleet deployment to optimize customer experiences.\n
• Contribute in the administration of all supporting paperwork and promotional materials (including Port Showcase, digital signage, TV screens and iPads) as directed by Destination Services Manager.\n
• Willingness to engage and collaborate with both internal and external parties involved in Destination Services and future cruises as required.\n
• Provision of information for independent passengers whilst maintaining the focus on excursions.\n
• Flexible approach and support of the wider operation onboard as necessary (e.g. embarkation duties and social functions).\n
• Full Covid-19 vaccination is required to work on any vessel and successful role holder must be fluent in English\n
