Support new customers: Opening the customer account, greeting the customer on the phone, explaining the club concept and receiving the first order\n
have regular contact with customers to capture customer satisfaction\n
Receive calls concerning problems with coffee machines and support problem solving\n
Provide status information for the progress of larger repairs\n
Track incoming payments\n

hands-on mentality and good general knowledge\n
strong customer orientation (open to customer concerns, ability to listen, understanding customer needs)\n
PC literate\n
very good knowledge of English and fluent in one of the following languages: Dutch and French\n
can work shifts\n
