Responsibilities & Tasks
\nTake responsibility for customer accounts: build up business relationships and understand the customer needs
\nEnsure user adoption for new customers
\nEnsure customer retention and improve client satisfaction by maintaining an ongoing exchange (such as regular meetings, updates on releases, feedback conversations on features)
\nCollect customer feedback and report metrics to other teams
\nBring in ideas to improve documentation, procedures and internal information sharing
\nImpart expert knowledge to other team members
\nSupport in platform development by reporting bugs and suggesting improvements and sharing customer feedback

Experiences & Skills
\nRequired
\nFluent in German (minimum C1)
\nAdvanced in English
\nCompleted studies or vocational training in Banking / Finance
\n1-3 years work experience (with emphasis on real estate financing)
\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
\nConfident in using technology and software
\nEffective communication within a multinational team
\nPreferable
\nFirst experience in working with clients
