We deliver an integrated and holistic platform that automates critical processes and generates insights and recommendations to drive better decisions. Lenders, asset managers and brokers are some of our biggest customers. Our analytics provide key property performance indicators, research, and risk assessment, giving our customers a good understanding of their future cashflows. Responsibilities & Tasks

  • \n
  • Take responsibility for customer accounts: build up business relationships and understand the customer needs

    \n
  • Ensure user adoption for new customers

    \n
  • Ensure customer retention and improve client satisfaction by maintaining an ongoing exchange (such as regular meetings, updates on releases, feedback conversations on features)

    \n
  • Collect customer feedback and report metrics to other teams

    \n
  • Bring in ideas to improve documentation, procedures and internal information sharing

    \n
  • Impart expert knowledge to other team members

    \n
  • Support in platform development by reporting bugs and suggesting improvements and sharing customer feedback

Experiences & Skills

Required

  • \n
  • Fluent in German (minimum C1)

    \n
  • Advanced in English

    \n
  • Completed studies or vocational training in Banking / Finance

    \n
  • 1-3 years work experience (with emphasis on real estate financing)

    \n
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

    \n
  • Confident in using technology and software

    \n
  • Effective communication within a multinational team

    \n
\n

Preferable

  • First experience in working with clients
