Our client distributes beauty products for women - worldwide. The product range includes skin and hair care, make-up products and fragrance. To support order management and customer service of the French market, we are looking for you (m/f/d) to join the existing team. \n

- You advise customers on products (availability, ingredients, color effect, etc.)\n
- You keep track of all promotions and promotional offers\n
- You enter orders in the IT system\n
- You clarify misunderstood incoming text messages by contacting the customer\n
- You continuously communicate with the accounting department\n
- You clarify billing requests and discrepancies\n
- You maintain customer master data (bank data, billing and delivery address, etc.)\n
- You record every customer contact in the CRM system\n
- You file electronic documents\n

- PC knowledge and fluent keyboard typing\n
- Interested in working with an order entry and customer management system\n
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and supervisors\n
- Customer mindset\n
- Can work shifts\n
- Highly motivated self starter\n
- Fluent in French and German\n
