Controlling Manager (m/f/d) - Operations and Supply Chain Management

Controlling Business Partner to the Executive Director Operations & Supply Chain Management of PLIXXENT Group and the OSCM team with a direct reporting line to the Group Head of Controlling. Located in either Foxhol (Netherlands), Hamburg (Germany), Oldenburg (Germany) or Tarragona (Spain) with certain flexibility of homeoffice. Willingness and capability to travel to different PLIXXENT sites is a must.

This role is key for establishing and monitoring state-of-the-art production controlling, KPIs/financial performance steering of OSCM to enable proper decision making and target setting. Part of the role requires to be pro-active business-minded and identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Develop and present improvement measures and recommendations to the management team, as well as harmonizing controlling relevant OSCM processes. Responsible for the Group Capex guidelines and process.

Functional leadership of all OSCM controllers of the different PLIXXENT sites in Europe.

Key Tasks:

• Establishment and development of supply chain and production controlling across the entire value chain at all plant locations
• Setting, development and tracking of OSCM KPIs/dashboards and costs
• Actively advising business teams through data-driven ad hoc analyses and reports.
• Creating transparent financial information for decisions
• Strong involvement in efficiency and continuous improvement projects
• Track and control standardized Controlling approach across different locations
• Owner of Capex Guideline and responsible for group wide capex process
• Establishment of common rules for inventory management and valuation jointly with logistic and production teams
• Support in translating business strategy into operational planning, as well as identifying opportunities for synergies and optimizations between different plants
• Responsible for own controlling functional area of responsibility throughout the Group

• Degree in Business Administration or similar educational background
• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in an international/European industrial company in a similar position
• Fluent in English (and preferably one other European language)
• Good knowledge in SAP FI/CO and BI Tools (preferable SAP SAC)
