Your Tasks The Procurement Communications Specialist supports the Transformation and Change Management team, reporting to the team lead for Communications within the corporate Center of Excellence department. This role helps to develop and implement communications strategies and initiatives for the global Procurement community, with the goal of increasing stakeholder awareness and engagement Additionally, the role provides strategic executive support to the Management Team Develop and execute effective communication and user forums (e.g. newsletters, web-content, videos, presentations etc.) to increase awareness and engagement Work closely with internal stakeholders such as project teams, leaders, and various departments to ensure alignment Promote awareness, communication, and training for global procurement initiatives Work closely with subject matter experts and facilitate content gathering Create and execute strategic internal and management communications plans Create engaging written and visual messaging to motivate and inspire employees Provide communications support for various corporate and employee events Measure and analyze performance analytics to continuously improve communications efforts Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the manager, such as calendar structuring, presentation materials, and meeting coordination (agendas, minutes, etc) Organize and support management team workshops and events Your Profil Minimum of 5 years professional experience, ideally 3 years of experience in a communications-related field Bachelor\xc2\x92s degree is required, specializing in a communications-related field (PR, journalism, marketing, etc) is preferred Excellent organization, project management and communication skills Ability to tell a powerful story \xc2\x97 taking complex concepts and transforming them into easily digestible, engaging communications Proven success and track record of balancing multiple deliverables under tight timelines in a performance-driven environment Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations Experience working in a global, complex organization is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German language is a plus Handling of confidential information with discretion, being adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate a high level of customer service and response Strong digital skills (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams channels, etc.) Professional careers do not always run perfectly or in a straight line.
