Als Cluster Trainings Manager (m/w/d) f\xc3\xbcr das \xe2\x80\x9eFrankfurt Marriott Hotel\xe2\x80\x9c und das Dual-Brand Hotel \xe2\x80\x9eSheraton & Marriott Airport Hotel\xe2\x80\x9c sind Sie verantwortlich f\xc3\xbcr die zwei gr\xc3\xb6\xc3\x9ften Hotels Frankfurts mit ca 500 Mitarbeiter:innen im Bereich Learning & Development. Ihre Passion ist es, Trainings & Schulungsma\xc3\x9fnahmen stetig zu optimieren und Ihrem Team dabei zu helfen, Ihr Entwicklungspotential voll auszusch\xc3\xb6pfen? Zu Ihren wichtigsten Aufgaben geh\xc3\xb6ren u.a.:

• Aktive Aus- & Weiterbildung unserer Mitarbeitenden im Frankfurt Marriott Hotel und Sheraton & Marriott Airport Hotel.
• Konzeption und Durchf\xc3\xbchrung von Trainings & Workshops zur Entwicklung der technischen, beruflichen und pers\xc3\xb6nlichen F\xc3\xa4higkeiten.
• Planung unserer Trainingspl\xc3\xa4ne sowie (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Trainingskonzepten & Schulungsmaterialien.
• Durch innovative & erstklassige Orientierungstage sorgen Sie f\xc3\xbcr ein reibungsloses Onboarding unserer neuen Mitarbeitenden.
• Durchf\xc3\xbchrung & \xc3\x9cberwachung der Marriott Pflichttrainings innerhalb unserer Hotels.
• Bedarfsanalyse & Implementierung neuer Trainingsm\xc3\xb6glichkeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Personalabteilungen und Abteilungsleitern.
