CAPEX project manager for Customer Services Operation (d/f/m) Ref.10188252

Your responsibilities:
The department leads various activities including business improvement through major projects, CAPEX management for customer service, SO (Serive Operations) performance and AOS (Operating System) deployment, and MFT for cross-functional processes.

• Supporting Customer service Project Leaders to get CAPEX approval by preparing and implementing project CAPEX dossier before submission
• Participation in projects and technical advice
• Preparation and implementation of internal project reviews (deadlines, costs, etc.)

• Collecting and challenging business units investment projects
• Presentation and documentation of the projects Preparation and participation in planning events (operative planning, budget planning, master plan reviews and forecasts)
• Coordination with cross-functional internal and external, partly international interfaces realization
• Challenging, Reporting and controlling of the CAPEX dossier
• Identification of the risks and initiation of risk minimization measures

Personal requirements:

• High-tuned communication, presentation & influencing skills towards all management levels - internally and externally
• Independent, structured and result-oriented work and good analytical skills

Professional training/studies:

• Business administration at least a bachelor\'s degree or
• International management at least a bachelor\'s degree or
• Economics at least Bachelor\'s degree

Professional work experience:

• Finance at least over 3 years
• CAPEX management desirable

IT:

• Google Suite

Language Skills:

• German at least advanced
• Business fluent English

Knowledge & other qualifications:

• Knowledge of methods of financial fundamentals (business case, RC, NRC, CAPEX, forecast...) desirable
• Project management at least good knowledge
