Within the KGP \xe2\x80\x9cShaping Customer Excellence\xe2\x80\x9d ZEISS establishes a new CRM platform for IQR, MED and SMS. Business Workstream Lead Services is a member of the Agile Team who is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the Team Backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with SSCs, IT, other Business Workstream Leads and other stakeholders.

A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable field or relevant professional experience is required. Experience

At least 5-10 years of experience in different Service or Application functions

Good understanding of ZEISS businesses in SBUs and SSCs

Good understanding of ZEISS NextGenCRM strategy and roadmap

Good understanding of employee journeys in Services

Ability to align and moderate between SBUs, SSCs and CIT

Good understanding of KGP Customer Excellence program Additional characteristics:
