Group Services (GS) is G+D\'s internal service company for IT, process management, and transactional services. Your responsibilities:
You advise our internal customers, and you are responsible for designing, reviewing and refining business requirements
You act as a sparring partner for key business representatives within the 7 divisons of G+D
You develop and optimize process solutions in the field of Customer Order Management / Order-to-Cash together with the Global Process Excellence and IT team
You have experience with agile working methods, and you can transfer business requirements into creating epics, features and user stories
You drive and facilitate the key user community and you are responsible for knowledge sharing within the community
You contribute to rollouts and improvement projects (e.g. conduct fit / gap sessions, support the development of test cases, preparing test requirements, unit testing, supporting end users etc.)
Your profile:
You have ideally more than ten years of experience in the field of Customer Demand Management / Order to Cash, ideally you have also technical know-how
You have a strong consulting background and you know how Customer Demand Solutions are implemented in companies
You can transfer business requirements into IT requirements, and you develop solutions
You have a good understanding about integrated systems, processes and data structures
You have experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA
You have strong communication skills, proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a prerequisite, German is appreciated
You ideally also have knowledge and experience of project management and agile working methods, and you are ready to lead projects
You are self-organized, open-minded and proactive
You are ready for international travel
