- Work closely with Founders to continue optimizing the sales process for our market.\n
- Become a strategic partner to our sales team, working together to test sales messaging, refine our value proposition, and execute our go-to-market strategy.\n
- Drive quality outbound engagement with potential clients every single day (calls, emails, video, social, LinkedIn, etc.).\n
- Grow far beyond the \xe2\x80\x9cstandard BD\xe2\x80\x9d role by being involved in projects to help scale the sales/marketing team.\n
- Leverage byways\' powerful network to establish relationships with new customers.\n
- Master our CRM system to analyze your own performance through activity and metrics.\n

- Fluent in the German and English languages.\n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n
