Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Member of alliance Brand Team, responsible for: strategic planning of market- and brand development, shaping product strategy, and implementing brand tactics.
Close and trustful collaboration with cross-functional alliance team, global brand team, vendors, external stakeholders and thought leaders.
Development of marketing materials, ensure cross-functional alignment and timely approval of materials in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure effective role out of marketing campaigns to field team through sales meetings and training sessions.
Constantly seeking feedback, inspiring and equipping sales force to enable maximization of brand potential.
Optimize customer experience & drive customer engagement mix to include both F2F and remote/ digital channels; create, implement and continuously refine an omnichannel customer experience.
Generate insights from external market data / intelligence with strong external focus and incorporate findings into strategy, implementation and daily work
Keep up to date with competitive data in field and utilizes information to provide competitive advantages for our brand(s).
Responsible for brand performance tracking & results within the disease area.
Manage and track promotional budget.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Qualifications / experience
Natural science and/or Business Administration degree
Experience in the field of Cardiovascular is an advantage
Successful experience in a marketing-position within the pharmaceutical industry
Able to translate strong analytical skills into a targeted strategy
Experience with omnichannel marketing and marketing automation
Competencies
Passionate, curious, creative and well-organized team player
Excellent communication and project management skills
Strong business acumen and open-minded
Ability to work with all levels of personnel and establish positive working relationships
