Tasks:

define Starlab Crew and Ground Support Personnel (GSP) training facility concepts including simulators and physical training facilities for system and payload training activities

support definition of training methods and tools: classroom, simulators of varying fidelity, self-study materials, and/or interactive computer-based applications

elaborate use of next-generation training tools and approaches, e.g. virtual reality, artificial intelligence-guided, remote, just-in-time, and/or on-demand training technologies

define the training policy and implement strategy for specific customers

perform all project management office activities such as budget controlling, planning and risk analysis for training programs

Your profile:

a degree in aerospace, electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science (or equivalent)

basic knowledge of computer-aided design

experience in the field of spacecraft operations/engineering

knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems architectures and mission training concepts

ability to learn fast, able to work pro-actively and comfortable working in full autonomy,attention to details

good communication and presentation skills
