At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world. To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development. Your Mission

MBition GmbH is developing and integrating the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems. In Audio team, we are enriching entertainment experience for our Mercedes Benz users. We bring audio and sound content to the MBUX system which takes in car entertainment experience to next level.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

• Aligning with stakeholders on audio domain requirements

• Defining the feature roadmap for audio domain

• Prioritizing the functions and setting up the plan in close alignment with stakeholders

• Leading the Audio Domain PI planning

• Collaborate with other product owners/managers and system product owner

• Accepting epics according to agreed definition of done criteria

Your Profile

Education

• Bachelors in computer science or equivalent degree

Experience

• Several years of hands-on expertise as Product Owner
• International/intercultural work experience desirable
• Several years of professional audio experience desirable
• Familiarity of agile and classic development processes and tools
• Skills with embedded software development
• Comprehension with Linux, Yocto are a plus
• Profound knowledge of Confluence and Jira
• Proven negotiation skills on technical level

Personal skills

• Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Personal initiative, commitment, perseverance and resilience
• Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
• Aspiration to engineering excellence

Language skills

• Proficient English, German is a plus!
