As our Accounting Lead you will act as a core member of the team steering our company into profitability and continued growth.

You will have an impact on:

• Lead all our controlling and accounting efforts and further develop the accounting and controls setup to facilitate our international expansion into 5+ European countries

  \n

• This involves our monthly books close, annual financial statements, consolidation across multiple entities, internal and external reporting preparation, as well as deviation analysis and rolling forecast maintenance

  \n

• Further ownership of banking, accounts payable/receivable, and tax areas

  \n

• Close collaboration with our external tax offices, likely taking the accounting in-house and implementing an ERP solution in the next 9-12 months

  \n

• Act as the internal POC for all financial questions as well as contribute to cross-functional projects

  \n

• Grow and manage a team focused on our accounting processes.

What you will add:

• Demonstrated experience of successfully working in the Controlling/Accounting Function, ideally in a high-growth startup environment

  \n

• 3-5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, assurance, management consulting or similar

  \n

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic professional environment

  \n

• A structured, results-oriented, and self-driven way of approaching tasks

  \n

• Good understanding of German HGB accounting as well as IFRS is a plus

  \n

• Fluency in English and German (C1-C2)
