We are searching an Area Manager (f/m/d) Parfum for our South market limited for the next 2 years (overseeing South Germany, Austria and Hungary) with homebase in Munich:

  • \n
  • Develop and conduct B2B strategies and action plans with your accounts in alignment with international guidelines and Maison strategy \n
\n
  • \n
  • Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with account and POS teams \n
\n
  • \n
  • Precisely analyze account performance, local market demographics, brand performance and competition \n
\n
  • \n
  • Schedule, prepare and lead quarterly account meetings and annual negotiations with your assigned perfume retailers in liaison with Commercial Manager \n
\n
  • \n
  • Create and manage tailored assortments to maximize account potential \n
\n
  • \n
  • Conduct detailed annual turnover planning and monthly monitoring & reporting \n
\n
  • \n
  • Ensure annual target achievement for your clients \n
\n
  • \n
  • Improve brand presence in all POS within your area in accordance with brand guidelines \n
\n
  • \n
  • Partner with marketing team to create and implement impactful marketing initiatives \n
\n
  • \n
  • Present new launches to account buying teams as well as freelancers and sales staff \n
\n
  • \n
  • Recruit, manage and train top talent promoters\n
\n

PROFILE

\n
  • \n
  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role \n
\n
  • \n
  • Profound knowledge of FMCG and/or beauty industry and passion for fragrances \n
\n
  • \n
  • Fluent in English and German \xe2\x80\x93 French is a plus \n
\n
  • \n
  • Entrepreneurial mindset \n
\n
  • \n
  • Highly analytical, able to analyze KPI to identify opportunities and improve overall account performance \n
\n
  • \n
  • Hard working and relentless in the pursuit of excellence with a never give up approach \n
\n
  • \n
  • Holds driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and able to travel extensively\n
